That’s the fun thing about life. “Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re going to get”.
To be honest, I’m not completely sure of what I’m doing. I’m 23, but still don’t feel like an adult. Am I “adult-ing” correctly? Who knows. But I am at twenty-three years and counting.
Facebook. Everyone has one. If you’re like me, you probably check it everyday, which is a gross understatement. Our generation is one where we cannot have a second of doing nothing.
I love fashion, not only because it is an elegant and magnificent art form, but it is also an outlet for creativity, a materialization of self-perception.
There are billions of people in the worlds— billions of brains. Just as no two people are identical, no two brains are identical. Each of us has our own consciousness that makes us distinct from everyone else and because everyone interacts with his or her own consciousness, it is an intimately familiar, yet notoriously ambiguous concept.
As we learn more about the human brain, we can expect to learn more about how it functions and how leaders can use this knowledge to best lead people and develop effective organizations. Neuroscience does not provide all the answers, but it offers insight into how we can tailor the environment in which we work to develop effective organizations.
I hate doing nothing. It repulses me and it makes me incredibly uncomfortable and restless. I am irritated by the stagnation and boredom— I am bothered by inertia.
